If you cancel for any reason, a cancellation fee of the full participation fee will be charged.
In addition, if the decision is made to cancel the event due to weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure, the full participation fee will be refunded regardless of the number of days specified in the cancellation policy. T.Ksurf will cover any bank transfer fees incurred when transferring funds.
*Please note that the refund amount will be the amount after deducting the bank transfer fee (refund amount - bank transfer fee).

The organizer, T.Ksurf, will not be liable for any damages, including any harm, illness, injury, theft, loss, property damage, personal injury or physical disability (including death), trouble with third parties, litigation costs or other damages caused by the inherent dangers, specific risks or negligence of the customer, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
T.Ksurf, the organizer, cannot guarantee the weather at the time of this service. In addition, to ensure the safety of participating customers, the event may be canceled or suspended. If a decision is made in advance to cancel the tour due to weather, disasters, or other force majeure, the full tour participation fee will be refunded. However, the customer will be responsible for any bank transfer fees incurred when transferring the tour application fee and any fees incurred when purchasing this service (credit card payment fees).
When applying to participate in this service, customers will be required to sign a document exempting the organizer, T.Ksurf, from liability to the extent permitted by law.

This service cannot be used by anyone under the age of 20. Children must be accompanied by a guardian.
Travel to and from the meeting point is at your own expense.
If T.Ksurf, the organizer, incurs damage due to your intentional or negligent acts or acts that violate public order and morals, we may request that you compensate us for the damages.
